1. When we're angry and slamming the door. You can imagine someone leaving the house after an argument and shouting, "GOODBYE!"

2. When you're leaving someone who you won't see for a VERY long time and you are REALLY sad. You can imagine someone who is going to live on a Navy Battleship and won't have access to the phone or internet for three months.
